Aeriz Lava Cake Strain Review

The last two items I bought from the dispensary didn’t make much of an impression on me. One of them I couldn’t even write about, it was just too weak. Rather than taking a T-break and resetting, I’ve decided to smoke more when I’m doing a review. This time around I purchased some Aeriz Lava Cake. This is my first time purchasing cannabis grown by Aeriz.  They grow their weed aeroponically. I went ahead and ground up the whole eighth and rolled some joints. For this review, I will be smoking two consecutive joints. As for flavor, Lava Cake is pretty tasty. I could taste hints of chocolate and mint on the dry hit, as advertised.

I could feel the cannabis kicking in as I finished the first joint. About halfway through the second joint, it started to ratchet up some more. A warm, calming feeling came over my body. I may have gotten a little light-headed, but not in a bad way. I could feel the Sativa tugging at my feelings a little bit, but it wasn’t overwhelming, I was able to snap out of it. After that initial rush, it leveled off into a nice long-lasting very relaxing high. At one point, through an open window, I thought I heard someone playing Barry Manilow. As I strained to name the song I realized what I was hearing was actually a distant lawnmower and a barking dog. Lava Cake was a joy to smoke. As the effects began to wear off I started to feel very sleepy, as if I could take a nap.

I loved smoking Aeriz Lava Cake, it was a nice enjoyable high. It also helped relieve pain and stress, gave me the munchies, and made me sleep like a baby. I have no complaints with this strain and would highly recommend it. Just don’t have any plans when you’re smoking this, it had me glued to the couch for what seemed like hours.
